If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please email sil.goovaerts@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order details and a photo, and we will find a solution together.
Personalised products
Products that are made specially for you, such as prints of your own photos, can usually not be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
